Gulf Air’s 787-9 Dreamliners also feature 256 seats in Economy Class, arranged in a 3-3-3 layout with a 32-inch seat pitch, providing increased personal space and comfort. In July 2021, the Kingdom of Bahrain inaugurated its brand-new airport terminal, which features a dedicated Gulf Air check-in area for both Falcon Gold and Economy Class passengers. The terminal also houses a new Falcon Gold lounge that is double the size and capacity of the previous facility. The lounge retains many features from the previous space while introducing new amenities, including a children’s area, shower rooms, prayer space, a quiet area, live cooking stations, and innovative food and beverage concepts.
