Lakes and Caldera

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Municipal Airport, you will be met by our representative and assisted to your transfer vehicle. You head to Arusha hotel for an overnight stay.

Drive to Karatu or Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your lodge for lunch. Afternoon visit to Iraqw Cultural Centre or Maasai village. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Explore Ngorongoro Crater, a 102 square mile paradise created by the breakdown of an old volcano more than twenty-five million years ago. The resulting rich fertile soil has produced lush vegetation that has attracted more than 30,000 resident mammals and a delicate balance of predator and prey. There is a good chance of spotting the “Big Five” during the day game driving near the crater’s floor. You travel with a picnic lunch, served near a hippo pool. In the afternoon, you proceed to your lodge in the Lake Manyara National Park. Dinner and overnight stay is offered at the accommodation.
